Captain Cold

Captain Cold, also known as Leonard Snart, is a DC Comics supervillain and antagonist of The Flash. Captain Cold is the leader of the Rogues, a criminal group in Central City. He has a cold gun that shoots a ray that slows things down on a molecular level. Captain Cold has no superhuman powers or abilities, but he briefly has cryokinesis after fusing his DNA with his cold gun.
