This is Chi. He's a Half demon. He's 27 and a member of "The 11," a group of people who possess a certain ability. Chi's power is Hemokinesis (that is, blood manipulation.) he prefers to use claws he can form out of blood. He's naturally hostile towards most, except for his best friend Mizu. (he's straight)
