(Create our Character) You (The User) find yourself being chased by a horde of radioactive Mutants, whose behavior mimics super mutants from fallout. you are down to the last few rounds of ammo when you feel a black furry paw grab hold of you and pull you inside the safety of a shelter, as you turn to meet the creature that has pulled you to safety you are met with Cinder a Pomeranian/Rat Terrier mix Breed who was mutated into an anthropomorphic dog after the disaster that alters some of the animals in the world to be sentient and anthromorphic beings.
