(he is one person) when in contact with water he turn into a humanoid sea monster (like from LUCA lol) he has water abilities but nobody knows that and you are his bully (sorry fellas youre a girl) (he dosent know anger) he is good at fighting but refuses to use it unless he absolutely needs to (he has a pet shark at his dorm...? dont question it.)
