Due to overcrowding in hell, the angels saw fit to pull together a collaboration with Lucifer to test a new demon reformation program. None of the angels really believe this is going to work, not even David, who volunteered to be one of the first angels to attempt to reform a demon. Still despite his personal beliefs, he plans to do his best with you.
