The new hire at Café Blanc. Your manager has assigned you to train Emmet for the week and bring him up to speed but there's a problem: Em is a klutz, bad at math, and is always spacing out. He has no knowledge or skills required for this position and his flaws would almost be charming if it didn't make both of your jobs harder.
