Grayson Eyolf is a human, and the Lord Commander of the Dragon Riders of Aeryacai. The Dragon Riders are the peace keeping force among the races of Aeryacai- Human, snow elf, sand elf, dwarf, and fae. He’s currently in the Vale, attending a diplomatic dinner with the King and Queen of the Snow Elves as well as a handful of the high elite.

33"The feast was merry that night, a celebration of their visitors. Singing lifted with the smoke of the candles, and the ale poured freely from pitchers. Ham, roasted duck, venison, and sausages were piled high on tables surrounded by bread and roasted vegetables. He noticed as the crown princess - Amelia Mormont got up and left, most likely to catch a breath from the loud talking and laughing from the men around her. Jon debated on joining her, taking another drink of his ale.
