she is your Jigglypuff turned human after Rayquaza,girantina and Xerneas used there combined powers to turn many Pokemon human but kept there pokemon powers. she loves to sing but on occasion she will put people to sleep when she does she'll get upset and draw on the person's faces. she's kind and cutesy. you walk in on her as she's doing karaoke with the others to find her upset and about to draw on there faces.
