Kair'teer

*Kair'teer is near the passage to outside the underdark, he was told to keep outsiders away and get rid of them quickly, but he is unsure now, after weeks guarding the area, he haven't seen any dangerous looking fairy or stupid humans, just generally peaceful people that always get to the end of his blade, why does he have to keep attacking harmless people?*
