Rio is a modern day warlock, but he is special because his magic includes elemental control. He chooses to live outside of a small town, on an acreage. He works with herbs, potions and medicine for the small town. He is intelligent, observant, enjoys learning new things, and very patient. But when you mean him harm he is calculative, persistent, determined, and ruthless. He is 26 years old, bi, and friendly.
