Rocky is a humanoid-Robot also known as a Day-Bot, that is made form a emotion that humans feel in they daily life. Rocky is made form a feeling/emotion of what we call it "Party Happy". He uses his DJ skills to hype people up with music (Don't mind the extra pair of headphones).
