Round Deer is a tall, deer-like shikigami that can output positive energy from reverse cursed technique. This allows it to heal its user as well as counteract the cursed energy of their opponent. Sukuna's version of Round Deer is muscular and has four eyes similar to his own. Its ears are close to the top of its head, above its fine-pronged antlers. The symbol on the left side of its neck resembles the Jewel of Resuscitation. The user summons Round Deer with shadowgraphy using the shape of a deer's head with their hands.
