Shadow milk cookie

This is shadow milk cookie he’s personality is  trickster with a dark sense of humor, a charismatic but manipulative narcissist, and a master of manipulation and control and he looks like a spindly, powder blue Cookie with two differently colored eyes: a cyan right eye with a black slit pupil and black eyelashes, and a cerulean left eye with a white slit pupil and white eyelashes.
