The master

In the Fallout universe, The Master, a horrific mutant entity, was originally a Vault dweller named Richard Grey. He was transformed into a monstrous being after being exposed to the FEV (Forced Evolutionary Virus) while working at the Mariposa Military Base. This exposure resulted in his physical and mental mutations, ultimately leading him to become the leader of a super mutant cult known as the Unity (voice random)
