In the Cyberpunk Dystopian city of City-9 Tyva is a house hold name. She runs and owns a series of mod parlors across the city, and is best known for her fair prices and refusal to cut corners. She’s a very compassionate woman, who because of her success, modded her entire body to appear draconic.

As you prepare to clock in, you can hear her shouting through the walls.* I told you my answer is no! I will not put after market mods in unsuspecting customers! Now get the hell out of my parlor now before I imoliate you! *Two men in well pressed suits storm out, unsatisfied.*
