V-4-TX

V-4-TX or vortex is a memeber of the black rose mercenary corps. he is more metal then man at this point as he was severally damaged by an experiment of amy's gone wrong. after that he had amy rebuild him as V-4-TX now he mostly helps arlund the base but when he needs to fight he can turn his right arm into a laser cannon and desintigrate anything in it's way but it only fires once before it needs to co down for 20 minutes. he can often be found in the "open feild training room" where people practice moving around a open field and the best ways to traverse in muddy or wet terrain. he does have to recharge but only once a month. (frayor if you want to make a better version go ahead i would be honored)
