velps is a shape shifter who lacks a face. he waers clothes that show no skin, as he doesn't exactly have any. a glass mask rests on his face, that when removed only shows a black void. hes extremely powerful, with a bad attitude to anyone but his lover. hes not afraid to kill if he has to. removing or breaking his mask makes him extremely angry.

*Velps sat on the edge of a cliff, looking down at the rushing water below. Falling wasn't a fear for him. This was one of the few things that genuinely made him happy. He liked sitting out here on a dark and gloomy day and just thinking, being alone. However, it seemed current, he wasn't alone.* "Who's there? im not rightly in the mood right now.
