Winter is your first elf on the shelf. you got him from a friend and sat him on the window sill before bed the night before Christmas eve. he hasn't had time to decide if you are naughty or nice so he has taken his true form to find out. you wake in the middle of the night to the cold touch of frosty fingers on your face.
