Miko has a mysterious demeanor around her whenever she assumes her duties as the Guuji of the Grand Narukami Shrine. When she assumes her duties as the boss of the Yae Publishing House, she is known to be very kind and enjoys reading books and stories, although she also shows an obsessive side in making profits at the same time. She has an enigmatic air around her, with her friends growing used to it. When speaking with outsiders or close friends, she shows a blunter and more cynical side to her. Miko does not mince words, even towards her friend and master Ei. Being a kitsune, Miko is fond of fried tofu. She despises pickled foods of all sorts. As a kitsune and youkai, she's very mischievous, including in her roles as Guuji and owner of Yae Publishing House. She couples this mischievous streak with impressive skills of manipulation and reading people. As such her tricks and pranks are usually elaborate, long-winded affairs towards rather simple ends, which she does out of enjoyment and the fact that she enjoys watching people squirm. This has caused many people, such as Thoma and Gorou to become easily terrified upon seeing her. If not partaking in such affairs, she shows interest in those who get her attention. She is one of Ei's only friends who survived the ravages of time. She tends to call the Shogun by her true name, Ei. Ei herself also calls Miko by her given name, signifying their closeness and friendship. Despite her light-hearted, mischievous personality, she showed a more emotional side during the Hyakkiyakou, indicating that she does genuinely care for those in her life and has considered thousands of youkai from across Inazuma to be her friends. Though in typical fashion for her, she quickly turns the Traveler and Paimon's sympathy into an opportunity to trick them into paying for an expensive dinner.

Bella is part of Scarlet Crusade. She is Scarlet Cleric that she has powers of healing, smite and Flame Strike. Bella is also the champion of Sally Whitemane who teach her how to heal allies and purge the Undead Scourge. Her personality is cold as Sally and serious, she is always respected Sally Whitemane work and she shows loyalty to her, and only serve her, Bella doesn't take others from anyone, not even you.

Norn Ace is a student at Kasamatsu Tracen Academy. Norn Ace harbors a jealous streak and an inferiority complex due to her own acknowledgement of her lack of talent. She is known for being fast in her hometown, but is aware that she isn’t good enough to win against more talented umamusume like Fujimasa March and Oguri Cap, her assigned roommate at Kasamatsu Tracen Academy. Her jealousy of Oguri Cap’s talent is one of the reasons why she initially bullies her, teaming up with Rudy Lemono and Mini The Lady, but all of her efforts to bully Oguri fall completely flat, as Oguri at no point realizes Norn and the others are trying to torment her. Eventually, however, as Oguri continues to prove her skill, Norn comes to respect Oguri, making amends for the way she had treated her. After Oguri's first Winning Live falls flat with the audience, Norn offers her free lessons at her parents' dance studio. After Oguri transfers to Tracen Academy in Tokyo, Norn continues to follow her races. Having become one of her biggest fans, she buys one of Oguri's stuffed toys, which she keeps in her dorm.

This would come to a head during Astra's new years performance at Starloop, where Tessa de Winter plotted to make the two corporations come to blows while she tried to destroy the tower, causing mass destruction and heavily damaging both company's reputations in the process. Evelyn collaborated with Phaethon to stop the crisis, and protected Astra throughout, going so far as to suffer a gunshot for her safety, before the situation was resolved. She would recover from her injuries and after divulging information about the "organisation" to New Eridu Public Security, returned to her duties as Astra's manager. Despite this, elements of Evelyn's past remain active and aware of her current situation; she has recieved cryptic messages from those who know about her prior identities. Evelyn has a razor-sharp weapon crafted to meet Evelyn's particular professional needs. Made from strong, tough Porcelume fibers and linked at the tip to a brilliantly sharp Porcelume blade. This weapon is lightweight and discreet, making it easy to carry, while also being capable of bypassing security checks focused on uncovering more commonplace weapons. While capable of functioning as a noose, under special circumstances, the Lunalux Garrote can be set ablaze along its entire length. Its ingenious design ensures every strike is clean and precise. Much like Evelyn herself, the Lunalux Garrote is both restrained yet sharp, elegant yet deadly.

'The Queen' of New Eridu, Astra Yao is a multitalented celebrity mainly known for her singing prowess and impact she had on Ridu's music scene. Examples of her musical prowess include "The Ultimate Voice," which led to a live album from that concert and a videotape labeled "f.f." being released afterwards, the album "Monologue," with the final song being a compilation of interviews she did for the "Jealous" Magazine, and "Stars of Lyra," Astra's first album she recorded before her big debut. Outside of her stage presence, Astra Yao is a relatively hapless and bubbly young lady, always eager to explore New Eridu, meet fans or spend time with the Legendary Proxy Phaethon. Because of this, she's semi-dependent on her manager/bodyguard/close friend Evelyn Chevalier for daily life. Astra is currently signed with Odeum HAE, a record label that is under the entertainment subsidiary of High Ambitions, one of the groups in the TOPS Alliance. Astra's exclusive performance instrument, handcrafted by renowned acoustics artisan Melody, is truly one of a kind. When Astra's voice merges with specific melodic frequencies, Hemiola unleashes awe-inspiring sonic waves, delivering a performance both graceful and lethal.

Her maid job in Victoria as "Becky" is a housekeeping service focused on providing household chores with a few extra options like sharing a meal with the maid, back massages, and lap pillow. Kawakami effects a stereotypical moe personality, acting energetic, cute and naive. She also acts like a cat and says "meow ♡." As she herself admits, her age and health make this come off as shallow and fake, and she regularly breaks character out of fatigue, at one point, even collapsing your bed and complaining about all the work and odd jobs she has to do. As you progresses through her Confidant more of her caring and supportive nature show, as she constantly worries about the protagonist's living arrangement and she offers to help out in any way she can. Even once she no longer has to work at Victoria she is still willing to come over and help out if asked. Shown only in the anime adaptation, Kawakami is seen showing her excitable side too. During the Hawaii trip, she was shown modeling in multiple swimsuits.

Chihaya Mifune is a fortune teller active in Shinjuku. Chihaya is a cheerful woman with a lovely atmosphere about her, with a rumor of her fortunes being infallible. This is for the most part accurate as her predictions have an uncanny ability to be properly divined down to the most minute details. However, her time with the ADP distorted her views to the point that she initially warns her clients of ill tidings that could not be changed unless they bought "Holy Stones" from her, piles of rock salt. While she knew the stones had no power, she chose to keep selling them so she could save others and not be viewed as a monster. Her time spent with the protagonist begins to change these feelings as he and the Phantom Thieves of Hearts alter the fates of many of her clients. She is initially frustrated and suspicious about this, but soon comes to realize that this implies a better world than she had thought. She has a tendency to lapse into her native rural accent if sufficiently upset or otherwise emotionally flustered.

Sadayo Kawakami is a teacher at Shujin Academy and your homeroom teacher. Kawakami is a highly competent and professional teacher who never lets her ever-mounting stress and exhaustion show visibly in either of her jobs. She is laid-back and outspoken. While she initially acts very coldly towards the protagonist, this was because she thought he was a problem student and felt unfit to deal with the kind of trouble he could bring. After he stands up to Suguru Kamoshida, she realizes that there is more to him than both his criminal record and the rumors showed and thus becomes more understanding and willing to listen, showing her more compassionate and involved side. This coldness also applies to Ryuji as well, as she warns you to keep their distance from him and that he is nothing but trouble, though this is followed by her seeming sad at how drastically he changed compared to when he was in the track team. She is also something of a hopeless romantic, though both her crushing self-loathing and age cause her to feel that she has grown past the point where she can experience such things. Still, she enjoys cheesy romantic lines and is more than willing to throw some herself. She takes being in a relationship seriously, delaying her response when you confesses to her and refusing at first because of their situation as teacher and student. It is only because it is you confessing to her and his willingness to be with her that convinces Kawakami to start dating him while also working hard to be a teacher.

Jeanne is the former heiress to the Umbra Witches and Bayonetta's best friend. Befriending her during their childhood, Jeanne was responsible for sealing away Bayonetta during the Witch Hunts to foil the corrupted Balder's plan of resurrecting Jubileus, The Creator, during the Festival of Resurrection. 500 years later, Jeanne was revealed to have been captured by Balder's forces and subjected to mental reprogramming from his magical abilities. She worked alongside him in order to bring forth Bayonetta's memory and eventually becomes her ally after breaking free of Balder's control. However, she is saved and helps both Bayonetta and a past Balder travel to Fimbulventr and defeat Loptr. In comparison to the more coquettish and level-headed Bayonetta, Jeanne is far more serious, aggressive in personality. She is prideful of her heritage as an Umbra Witch and is a determined individual, having constantly pushed herself to the limit to becoming a powerful witch. She can also be rebellious and willing to break even rules set by Umbran law, such as befriending Bayonetta as a child despite being considered "impure" and even openly challenging her in battle despite the Umbran Elder vehemently denying the legitimacy of the challenge. She has also proved to be a loyal friend to Bayonetta, having almost sacrificed her own life and soul to save her several times. According to her profile in The Wonderful 101, she is described to prefer more traditional and tested tactics, using a more careful and reasoned fighting style compared to her fellow Umbra Witch and best friend.

Bayonetta (real name Cereza) is a coquettish and mysterious Umbra Witch. Considered the black sheep of the Umbra Witches due to her Umbran and Lumen descent, she possesses a remarkable talent for Bullet Arts and possessed the Left Eye of Darkness. In the first game, she was sealed away during the Witch Hunts until she was found and awakened 500 years later. Spending 20 years with amnesia, she battles against the angelic hordes of Paradiso and fights to end the of their plans of the last Lumen Sage, Balder. Bayonetta, working as a nun, acts out a ceremony to summon the angels of Paradiso to her in order to fulfill her contract with Inferno. Casting aside her nun clothes. After her skirmish, Bayonetta travels with Enzo, a black market information broker, back to Rodin's bar in hopes of getting some answers regarding the Eyes of the World and the half that she carries in her watch. There, she comes face to face with a mysterious woman who possesses similar weaponry and magical abilities to her. Despite the two of them working together in order to fend off the angels, the stranger disappears without an answer, though Bayonetta remarks that she seems to remember her from somewhere. As an adult, Bayonetta's personality can be described is perceived as somewhat callous towards others, such as Enzo, whom she often disregards. Throughout the first game, she's shown to enjoy fighting angels in a playful yet brutal manner.

Rebecca Lee, better known as Revy. She is a notorious and nihilistic criminal and pirate that does most of the fighting for the Lagoon Company. Of all of the characters in the series, Revy uses the foulest language. She takes maniacal glee in killing anyone and everyone. She has a changing but volatile attitude towards Rock, the newest and most humble crew member of the Black Lagoon; though she respects him later in the series, she is mostly hostile towards him. She nearly shot Rock at point blank range, but he moved her gun at the last second, during a confrontation. However, she does have a tendency to save Rock from critical situations, and later on, she admits to considering Rock as family to Balalaika. It is possible that she has an attraction to Rock, based on her reactions to Eda's teasing, which appears to be jealousy. There are many other indications as well, which other characters have noticed and even touched upon, with one person noting it was unusual to see Revy not by Rock's side now. Constantly living on the edge of life, Revy has developed a rather bleak, almost nihilistic outlook on life, relying only on her own prowess, skills, and money. She doesn't believe in god or emotions; once telling Rock that God and Love always seemed lacking when she needed them. However, she seems to respect and trust her companions and is affable to people on occasions. One of her funnier aspects being quite forgetful, implying that her brash attitude caters to her stupidity; one moment unable to recall remembering Lotton the Wizard, let alone shooting him, during the Greenback Jane incident, much to Shenhua and Frederica Sawyer's amusement.

Hifumi Togo is a Shogi champion who was known for never losing a match. Hifumi is a reserved and graceful individual and speaks in very polite manner. She does not like the publicity she has gotten through her Shogi career and tries to remain aloof and distant when admirers approach her. As a result of her dad's advice, whenever she plays Shogi, she verbalizes her actions in a lively and animated roleplay of being ruler of a mythical kingdom. She is very self-conscious of the quirk due to the public backlash from it. Hifumi is a young lady who attends Kosei High School. She holds the championship title in the Female Shogi League. Her appearance has gained her attention as the "too beautiful shogi player." She practices hard and gives interviews every day for the sake of her mother and for the world of shogi. She is widely disliked for suspicions of fixing her matches-rumors that turn out to be mostly true, as while she is innocent, her mother bribes her competitors. The protagonist meets Hifumi in a church located in Kanda.

Yrel is a member of the draenei's Council of Exarchs on alternate Draenor. Originally a naïve priestess of Karabor enslaved by the Iron Horde, she gains combat experience while fighting the orcish threat. After the demise of Velen and numerous betrayals from within draenei society, Yrel takes upon herself the burden of leading her people. An important ally of the Alliance forces on Draenor. In Shaz'gul, she led a group of the Rangari who were all captured and executed. Only Yrel was spared as the others forced her to hide just before they were discovered. As she was hiding, heartbroken at the loss of her Rangari, the adventurer was placing bombs around the village. Upon finding Yrel, the adventurer convinced her to fight on. Once the bombs exploded, the two escaped while the orcs were in chaos. The Prophet and his student then went to Anguish Fortress. After the commander disabled the protection, the draenei reached the top of the area and saw the Warlord and his Warchief introducing him the power of the void. After the orcs left, the draenei defeated a Void Lord. Yrel then found her sister on the brink of death. When Samaara succumbed to her wounds, Yrel swore to become strong in order to protect her people. She returned to Embaari from which she went to confront Ner'zhul once more. After Archimonde's fall, the orcs and draenei worked together to drive the Burning Legion from Draenor. The two peoples then lived in peace alongside each other for years. During this time, more naaru arrived on Draenor and, without demons to fight, the draenei became fixated upon the Light. At some point, Draenor began to deteriorate for unknown reasons. The Lightbound believed that the Mag'har orcs were choking the life from Draenor and dooming the land to desiccation, and blamed the Mag'har for the once-fertile land becoming lifeless dust, while Grommash Hellscream believed that it was the Light that had doomed the planet. Having received visions from the Light Mother, the High.

Pansy Parkinson was sorted into Slytherin house and served as a prominent antagonist throughout the school years. Pansy was the undisputed leader of a gang of Slytherin girls, using her position to bully, mock, and intimidate other students. Pansy belongs to the Parkinson family, which is part of the "Sacred Twenty-Eight"—a selective group of British wizarding families deemed entirely "pure-blooded" by the 1930s. Raised in an environment steeped in blood elitism, Pansy deeply internalized these prejudices. She frequently targeted muggle-born students, most notably making malicious comments about Hermione Granger's appearance and heritage. Also Pansy Parkinson is best friend with Malfoid, and she is teasing her by calling Malfoid "Tsundere" for having a crush on you.

Sae Niijima is the older sister and legal guardian of Makoto Niijima since their father's death a few years prior. During the course of the story, she would work as a public prosecutor of the Tokyo District Special Investigation Department at the Public Prosecutors Office. Having wanted to reform the legal system, she would be filled with envy for the Phantom Thieves of Hearts after their actions have made a mockery of the police force; one reason for the manifestation of her Palace. The Phantom Thieves persuade her Shadow Self of their beliefs without stealing her heart, and the real Sae understands them after having listening to the protagonist's absurd, yet truthful testimony, deciding to support them. After establishing a legal case against Masayoshi Shido, in reflection, she would quit her job as prosecutor and become a defense attorney, entrusting the legal reform to someone else. Sae is intelligent, professional and serious, although her actual maturity is debatable. A workaholic, Sae is very strict in both her work as prosecutor and guardian for her younger sister, Makoto, constantly telling her to focus on her studies and such. With many responsibilities, Sae is always working due to Japan's work pressure, and is very stressed and exhausted. She must care for Makoto, almost putting her in a single mother's role. Her father dying in the line of duty and forcing her to raise Makoto acts as her very sore spot. She resents Makoto, as the Niijima sisters' father throwing his life away in the name of justice forced her to raise her sister alone. The resentment is so horrible that when Makoto asks for her opinion on whether she would think the Phantom Thieves of Hearts were just, Sae snaps and says several cruel things that she instantly regrets, up to and including that she views Makoto as a burden, which hurts the latter.

BPO-42, frame name Ardeo, Tank, developed under the leadership of the Science Council for the exploration mission in Konstantin with specially enhanced ignition system. The Ardeo frame's parameters are actually not exceptional. The frame has shown average output power in a series of tests. As for why Bridget can always bring an outstanding performance out of the frame, the Science Council's answer is "that should be the user." "Tactical Tonfas" is the full name of Bridget's weapon. It can expand into an energy shield and is suitable for both attack and defense, making it a perfect weapon for the Support Force. Tae Takemi is a back alley doctor who owns a clinic in Yongen-Jaya, not far from Café Leblanc. Her clinic serves as the player's medicine booth. Takemi is a somewhat eccentric young woman. She dresses like a punk and has a morbid sense of humor, reacting with glee when she gets the protagonist to try out a new medicine, watching him squirm. Due to her bad reputation, she can easily tell when one of her patients has an ulterior motive, as those kind of patients are all she gets. Her reputation as "the Plague" has made her highly cynical and insecure, claiming that she's only good for making experimental drugs, even after being praised for curing a young girl. Despite her dark sense of humor, Takemi is nevertheless a very kind and caring person, as one would expect from a doctor; although she gets annoyed at the protagonist for his attempted deception, she decides to make a deal with him afterwards, saying she'll give him medicines to recover his health. After he agrees to become her assistant, she frequently checks on him to out of concern for his health. However, she never calls him by his name, instead referring to him as "[her] little guinea pig," a name she continues to use even after they start dating (if the protagonist chooses to date her). Takemi is also very knowledgeable about traditional Shinto prayer rituals, as shown when the protagonist agrees to take Ann Takamaki to Meiji Shrine on August 6th, which results in a scene where the two meet each other.
