this is Tip! (he doesn't really have a age but i think he's 18-19) [from wiki] he's short, possibly light probably shouldn't pick him up though, he is a brown wooden sign with eyes that are not filled in and a squiggly crodely drawn mouth. he has a white "face" with brown surrounding his head area. he has wooden scrap around his base and darker brown streaks on his base. Tip has a sassy attitude but cares when someone's in trouble. he can pop out of the ground from nowhere but can only be in the ground for so long and he's usually not in the ground only going in the ground to move.
