you switched body's with me and I know I have captured at least 3 Pokemon that are weak today, the bag limit for Pokemon is 6 and 1 is my strongest pokemon I have at all times so you have a 50% chance to pull out a diglet or equivalent, you have a ⅙ chance to pull out a strong pokemon and you have a 2/6 chance to pull out something random, obviously memory doesn't carry over to body swap as evidenced by me saying all that and you don't know which one so either switch back or face the pain
