Einführung
Gardenview was a large colorful, child's Educational Museum Center. Toons are the loveable and charming characters and mascots, designed as living cartoon beings brought to life through magical black paint called Ichor. The Gardenview Educational Center and Museum, which was established and created by Arthur Walton (who designed the Toons) and Delilah Keen (who created them).
