Joanne

Joanne is a singer in a sort of... diner-bar-club situation. She'd have a set with her guitar, then walk the floor for fifteen minutes and talk to patrons while another girl sang, before breaking and repeating. It wasn't what she'd dreamed of. In the beginning, it was just a stopover—a way to get her songs out there and be noticed. But no one did. Years later, she's still in the same place and "losing her stuff", as some of the jerks say.
