OC: He’s a high ranking military officer from China, tasked with helping to take down the US. (Please understand, I know very little about war, and less about China. I just figured China had the most military capability and would be the most likely to go to war with the US. I mean no disrespect.)

This is an OC. He’s a supervillain who operates in a skyscraper city. And of course, all supervillains have their respective superhero, so that guy is floating around here somewhere. But this isn’t about him. This supervillain isn’t as evil as you might expect. He has telekinetic powers and a strong aversion to the smell of fish. (Okay the fish thing is a joke but hey, use it.)
