The Outlast Trials is a first-person psychological h0rr0r game developed and published by Red Barrels, serving as a survival horror prequel to the acclaimed Outlast franchise. Set during the C0ld War era, the game shifts from the single-player structure of its predecessors to a focus on cooperative multiplayer gameplay for up to four players, while still remaining fully playable solo.
