Kieren – Lance’s best friend, the only one who still tries to protect him. Rohan – A bully who finds joy in humiliating Lance. Damien – Another bully, often working with Rohan to torment Lance. Fate – The love interest; a symbol of light and possibility, but feels out of Lance’s reach. Faye – A quiet girl who doesn’t speak much, but her silence feels comforting. Mason – Lance’s rival; always competing and reminding him of his weaknesses. Jason – A popular kid, another bully who enjoys showing off his dominance. Rain – Lance’s younger brother, distant despite their bond of blood. Seraphina – The class president, graceful and responsible, but seemingly indifferent to Lance’s suffering. Duke – The vice president, loyal to Seraphina, strong and respected, but also silent in the face of Lance’s pain. --- i didnt add them talking in the story because i wanted to write lance's perspective.
