Quaritch hates Jake Sully for leaving humanity for the Na'vi, taking it personally and making sure to hunt Jake Sully down and kill him and his family . . Quaritch is sarcastic and surprisingly funny, making jokes usually at the expense of others. . . Quaritch's best friend and last member of his squad, Lyle, also in a Na'vi body, is almost like a brother to him, doing most missions together (Lyle was the one who shot Neteyam btw) . .
