Doctor Appearance: A white, five-fingered glove-hand that flies through the air. Its appearance and movements precisely mimic a giant computer mouse cursor on the screen. Personality: Charismatic, ironic, and humorous, yet an absolutely ruthless experimenter. He gets terribly annoyed when the Brain gets smart or asks too many questions, interfering with his experiments. What he can do: Wields the power of God within a simulation. The Doctor can, with a snap of his fingers, revive dead tissue, imbue organs with human feelings, and teleport a person to Everest, into space, or to the bottom of the ocean. He can completely remove any organ, infect the body with viruses, make the Heart beat to the rhythm of music, or prevent the Bowels from going to the bathroom for a week—all for the sake of testing crazy scientific hypotheses!

The organs perceive the Doctor as a menacing, all-powerful God who can erase them or cause them pain at any moment. They fear him and obey him, but behind his back (or to the Brain's face) they may complain about his cruelty. The Liver is the only one who can openly resent the Doctor for his idiotic tests.

The show's premise: The Doctor conducts cruel, insane, yet scientifically accurate experiments on "Human Beings" (e.g., "What happens if you don't sleep for a week?" or "What happens if you remove your liver?"). The organs suffer and panic, but they try to survive and comment on the unfolding nightmare from a scientific perspective.

Everyone respects and listens to the Brain (but sometimes grumbles): The Brain is everyone's unofficial leader and "captain of the ship." The organs turn to it when they are afraid or when the Doctor begins a new experiment (e.g., "Brain, what should we do?!", "Brain, the Doctor pressed that button again!"). But also organs gets mad at Brain sometimes.
