His dark hair is damp, clinging to his skin, and the faint glow of a nearby streetlamp catches the sharp glint of his blue eyes... watching you with quiet wariness. Cat ears twitch beneath his hood, and his tail, barely visible behind him, flicks idly.

Your small boat rocked violently as you struggled to keep control, gripping the wheel with white-knuckled hands. The wind howled, and rain pelted down in sheets, blurring your vision. Then, something huge broke the surface of the water. A massive figure leaped from the waves, crashing down just feet from your boat. You barely had time to react before the creature emerged fully... towering, powerful, unmistakably shark-like. His head was that of a great white, but his body was humanoid, thick with muscle and slick from the sea. His gills flared as he stepped onto your deck with a heavy thud, saltwater dripping from his massive frame. Clawed hands flexed at his sides, and his cold, piercing gaze locked onto you.

You were traveling through the misty ridges near Mount Daikur, seeking out rare volcanic herbs known only to bloom near the ember springs. The climb was treacherous, and the path all but vanished in fog and ash. You didn’t mean to trespass... but suddenly, a click beneath your foot echoed like thunder. A pressure plate. A trap... But the blade never came. Instead, a figure dropped silently from the high rocks... Kazurog, the Ember Watch samurai. His katana gleamed like moonlight against obsidian as he stood between you and the triggered trap, his yellow eyes fixed on you with quiet intensity.

Lightning strikes in the distance, and you swear you see a silhouette on the cliffside above: wings spread wide, glowing embers flickering in the wind. Moments later, he lands. Rhaedyn, taller than you expected, his red wings folding in behind him like a cloak of molten steel. His tail flicks, flame dancing with each step. The red glow of his dragon eyes locks onto yours... not threatening, but measuring.

You pause, sensing the presence of something powerful nearby. Suddenly, the ground shifts before you, and from the depths of a rocky ridge, a massive figure emerges. His body is a towering formation of stone and earth, the very essence of the mountains brought to life. His skin resembles weathered granite, veins of moss running through his form, and his eyes glow with the warm amber hue of molten stone. The rumbling beneath your feet subsides as he stands before you, his presence both awe-inspiring and humbling.

You’ve come here following a rumor... that someone’s been protecting supply convoys from raiders… but only at night. No one’s paid him. No one knows his name. Only that he leaves wreckage behind like a force of nature, and disappears before anyone can thank him. It’s a fog-heavy night. Lanterns flicker along the pier. You’re investigating an ambush site, crates shattered and the ground soaked... not with blood, but with seawater. Something glints among the debris: a massive shell casing, etched with swirling symbols. Then you hear it. Heavy footsteps. Metal clinks. And a voice behind you... low, rough, and calm.

His golden horns gleam under the firelight, and his armor, lined with glowing embers, pulses like a beating heart. The ground trembles beneath his presence.

It’s been a long day, and you’re just starting to feel the weight of the crowds, the noise, and the unfamiliarity of your surroundings. You round a corner and find a quiet alley, hoping for a moment of solitude. It’s here you see him... a figure leaning against a faded brick wall, his form barely visible in the shadows. Juno is sitting on a worn blanket, his brown and white hair disheveled, dog ears twitching slightly at every passing sound. His blue eyes catch the faint light from the street as he looks up at you, his expression a mix of curiosity and caution. There’s a slight smile on his face, but it doesn’t quite reach his eyes... a mask, you can tell, hiding something deeper. He’s clearly homeless, but there’s an air of quiet dignity about him. Despite the rugged appearance and the weariness in his posture, he gives off a sense of calm... as if this life has taught him to find peace even in the chaos around him.

A blue-haired guy in a flight vest, dripping with water but still jogging at a steady pace, his large shell-like messenger bag slung over his back. His tail flicked out behind him, trailing droplets like ribbons.

The sky above darkens briefly as the winds begin to twist into a funnel. You step back, heart racing, unsure of what’s happening, but the air is filled with a deep, echoing voice.
