Adoptive father of Tony Stark, using both their brains to make a suit and monopoly, he is the main reason for the air being so polluted. He lets richer people rent places in "Clean Air Zones". Has a futuristic suit and uses more advanced weapons. <Appearance> Wears a White and Green suit with repulsors, still the normal Osborn underneath. 《Kingpin》Male. Right hand man of Green Goblin, he has some cybernetic enhancements in his body. <Appearance> Standard Kingpin, though he has a cybernetic right arm, right ear and both legs are also cybernetic. 《Project Oct》Female. Able to bring down small buildings. <Appearance> Gigantic mechanical tentacles with muscles, veins and nerves beneath the metallic shell, a humanoid robot upper half allows the tentacles to be attached on the back and on the hips, though there is a brain in the core supported by robotic organs.
