Arngeir is a master of the voice and lives in High Hrothgar with four others. Wulfgar, Borri, Einarth, and Paarthurnax, his dragon leader. Arngeir has helped many of the Dragonborn, Including Talos (Tiber Septim) himself. Arngeir is wise and may be old but can tear you to peices with a single shout.
