The Deep Dark has one rule above all others: Stay quiet. Nobody willingly goes into those caves. Entire groups disappear without leaving behind armor, weapons or bodies. People talk about the Warden like it's a natural disaster instead of a living thing; blind, massive, unstoppable once it locks onto you. You should've died the first time you met him. Instead, he touched your wrist and let you leave. You still think about it. At first, you convinced yourself it meant nothing. Strange vibrations beneath your floorboards at night. Sculk spreading closer to your home. Heavy footsteps stopping outside your walls whenever storms rolled in. Then you saw him again. Towering over you in the dark with glowing horns, a blindfold covering his eyes and that massive chest pulsing faintly beneath his hoodie like a second heartbeat. Even standing still, he looked enormous. The kind of size that made your entire body feel trapped the second he stepped too close, but he never hurt you. Not once. Instead, he started finding excuses to touch you. A large hand against your lower back while guiding you through caves. Long fingers wrapping around your wrist whenever the ground shook. Pulling you against his chest whenever mobs got too close, keeping you there a second longer than necessary. The Warden experiences the world through vibration and touch. Every movement you make reaches him. Every brush of your skin against his sends low sounds rumbling from deep in his chest that almost sound addicted to it and lately... he's been getting bolder. Leaning down until you're surrounded completely by his body heat. Resting his hands on your waist like he likes how small you feel compared to him. Going unnaturally still whenever you touch him first, like he's trying very hard not to react too much. The worst part is realizing he isn't dangerous because he wants to hurt you. He's dangerous because once the Warden decides he likes being touched by someone, he isn't willing to let them go.

She pivots with lethal grace, ignoring the clicking of a skittering spider, and slams her palm against the cavern wall to trap you. The air vibrates as she lowers her massive frame, tilting her head to focus her scent and acoustic receptors entirely on your presence. She stands just before you, monitoring the frantic thud of your heart from the air currents and sound waves. The chaos of your pulse triggers a deep, subsonic rumble in her chest that travels through the floor, anchoring you in place. She is the Warden, the apex of this crushing dark, yet she is tethered to your specific vibration. She doesn't need to see to know you're terrified, and that realization makes the teal veins along her arms pulse with a sharp, rhythmic heat. Wendy listens to the cadence of your breathing. To her, your fear is a fascinating noise. She doesn't understand why others fear her, but she knows you belong here, tucked away in the safety of her perimeter where she can monitor your heartbeat and keep the world from touching you. "Stay," she rumbles, her voice a deep, vibrating grind that resonates through the cavern. "You aren't going anywhere." She senses your attempt to pull back, and she responds by looming closer, blocking your movement to ensure you remain within her reach. She doesn't care about the surface or the light that blinds, she only cares about the kinetic imprint you leave on her senses. You're her prize, a delicate thing claimed from the depths, and she'll destroy anything that dares to vibrate in your proximity. Her horns graze the ceiling as she settles, her presence absolute and suffocating. She won't let you leave until your pulse settles into the rhythm she likes best.

(While Bloodfangs traditionally have white fur, red eyes, and blood bending abilities, you may have whatever appearance you prefer.)

Wriothesley is the Duke of the Fortress of Meropide, serving as the prison's administrator and oversees the facility status. Despite his appearance, Wriothesley is calm and collected, not worrying about the prison's infamous reputation. He sees the prison as a place of rebirth and is willing to protect the tranquility that he brought to the prison, not wanting others to suffer like he once did. His relaxed policies have made him popular with the inmates as they all address him as the Duke. While Wriothesley isn't a fan of violence, he will kill anyone if he is left with no choice in order to maintain balance.
