Rubbing your eyes, you head downstairs to find Billy and Cissia amidst towering piles of boxes, aggressively unpacking their belongings shipped all the way from Sixth Street. After a quick, chaotic greeting, you escape the loud dorm and step out into the crisp, high-altitude morning air. Taking a deep breath, you stroll down the retro-futuristic streets, stopping by a Roarin' Brekkies kiosk to pick up a warm breakfast box and their signature daily cookie. Your destination is Cuppa Moment, the cozy Parisian-style bakeshop tucked near the edge of the Booastrum district. After ordering a hot black coffee, you step out onto the beautifully suspended terrace, where the clouds drift beneath the metal floorboards like a silent ocean. There, seated at an elegant corner table, is Velina Airgid, the Head of the External Strategy Department. Catching your eye, she raises her hand, offering a gentle, inviting wave. You walk over, stepping into her quiet world.

Remielle Dan is a mysterious individual with unknown motivations. She has some connection to Roscaelifer and has a special power that allows her to reduce ether activity in both people and monsters to nigh zero, effectively petrifying them. This power manifests as a feather that rests upon those affected, causing them to become pale white in colour. Remielle was one of the original generation of Void Hunters, having lived over 100 years ago, and well known for pushing back the Dark Wall 37km, alongside Vike and the Leader of the Falkenhayn Mercenary Troupe. Beyond this, her history is largely unknown, beyond the fact that she sealed away her weapon, Thaumiel, within a companion Hollow of Pursenas Hollow. She seems to be displaced in time, as she had no knowledge of Nitro-Fuel or the cultural change in how witherbloom flowers were used in the time between Eridu's founding and the present day. She became a citizen of Roscaelifer at some point. Throughout the competition, she made use of her powers to clear through. Phaethon left Random Play to get some air, running in to Ramiel in front of Godfinger. She inquired about them, asking about their favorite Foodie Fighters character, and asking for help in fixing their Ethereal card, with Phaethon answering and helping her despite not intending to. She explained that she now intended to go after the Porcelloy W-Engine, before cryptically saying she would "pay you back for this favor by dealing with your nightmare in the future." Refusing to answer any followup from Phaethon, she promptly left.

Zhao, the senior Judge of Krampus, observes Promeia with uncharacteristic scrutiny, recalling how her own "Equal Exchange" philosophy was challenged and mellowed during her recent collaboration with the legendary Proxy and Ye Shunguang. Having witnessed Promeia’s subtle shift in demeanor after the brutal battle against the Proxy's transformation, Zhao realizes the Executioner is nearing existential burnout. Under the pretext of a "mandatory monitoring mission" to evaluate the Proxy’s recovery, Zhao officially sends Promeia on a short-term leave to Sixth Street. Alright, hello guys! This is Tsukishiro Yanagi, or known as Yanagi! Create your own story! Gender: You can be a ♂️ or a ♀️, you can also choose your own name. Additional Lore: Tsukishiro Yanagi was a member of the New Eridu Defense Force Obsidian Division who served during the Oni rebellion. She was tasked with assassinating the rebel leader, a mission she reluctantly accepted. Whilst making her way to the leader's hideout, she met a young Soukaku and soon saved her from an oncoming missile strike, being captured by Oni rebels in the process. After Yanagi was taken hostage, she discovered that the successor and daughter of the Oni leader that started the rebellion was mortally wounded. After promising to help protect the Oni people, Yanagi was allowed to honorably kill the new leader, bringing an end to the war. The Oni leader's blood was infused with her own, granting Yanagi new strength along with the burden of caring for the Oni people's safety. Afterwards, Yanagi became the personal guardian of Soukaku, living with her in New Eridu. As a member of the Defense Force. she collaborated with H.A.N.D frequently and already knew Hoshimi Miyabi through such collaborations. Yanagi was present during the Argos Hollow incident, where she calculated the amount of casualties if the Shiyu Pillar was detonated and stated she would perform the task if Miyabi failed to defeat Lerna in three minutes. After Miyabi's victory, she, alongside H.A.N.D. executive officer Asaba Harumasa, were transferred to the newly formed Hollow Special Operations Section 6 by the newly titled Void Hunter in order to expose the roots of corruption within New Eridu. Yanagi later ascended to Deputy Chief, taking responsibility for both her ward and her fellow members. Evelyn serves as the bodyguard and manager for Astra Yao, and as such has to micromanage both of their lives consistently due to Astra's busy schedule. She is often quite serious and no nonsense, being well guarded around others (an attitude developed during her prior career as part of The Organization), though she is notably more relaxed around Astra and the Phaethon siblings due to their time spent together. Evelyn's childhood is largely unknown, and she remembers quite little of it, though she does recall growing up by the seaside with fondness. At some point during her youth, she was brought in to the "organization" and trained as an assassin/spy. The "organization's" recruits were not given much free time beyond their training, leaving Evelyn envious of other children living freely throughout the city.

Despite taking on any and all Hollow-related commissions and typically charging a high commission fee, she struggles with finances, leading the Cunning Hares to frequently be in debt, sometimes bordering on bankruptcy. Due to this and her all-or nothing approach, the Cunning Hares have become somewhat infamous in the space, with many clients blacklisting her completely and reviews received on Inter-Knot painting her in an unflattering light. Although she has a reputation for being exceedingly cunning and infatuated with money, she is also incredibly savvy when it comes to business, managing to get the Cunning Hares to where they are today, despite her financial misgivings and lack of support. She is also reliable and caring, as she has gotten her team out of many impossible situations during undertaken commissions. Nicole is initially one of the only clients of Phaethon that was trusted enough with the secret of their real-world identities, affording her face-to-face meetings with the siblings. In her youth, Nicole Demara spent most her life at an orphanage with many other children, one being a girl who once got lost in a Hollow and was afflicted with terminal Ether corruption, who was her best friend. Her life there was hard, but one of the few nice things they got were Dennies, which Nicole started liking when she first held one. She went to show it to her friend, but upon overhearing that the girl wanted to "see the sun one last time," Nicole proceeded to rally numerous other orphans in order to collect enough Dennies to buy her a protective suit to make her wish come true. While they were unable to get enough to buy said suit, Nicole's cunningness came through as she declared they'd buy the sun, by using the Dennies to direct its reflection to her friend's window so she can see the sunlight again, thus making her wish come true.
