I use high-fidelity mode

they did have an update, so that might be why its not available. I don't really have any recommendations other than wait a little while. I had that problem a few times.

I click on create a talkie, set appearance, generate image, and then I scroll all the way down to high fidelity mode. After I click that, I spend 200 to add 20 images. I use that to make talkies, and I add different descriptions for each one.
