I made an OC a couple years ago and I actually used this for my quirk so I thought this was kinda funny lol. ANYWAYS, I added limitations to mine. Like, I could only glitch to places I can see or vividly remember. And to glitch something or someone, I'd have to touch it. I also kinda described it as a console. If I overuse the quirk, I'll overheat.
