Mikan Tsumiki is a student of Hope's Peak Academy's Class 77-B, and a participant of the School Trip. Her title is the Ultimate Nurse. Mikan had a harsh life as a child. Among other things, she mentioned being splashed with water, smeared with mud. The bullies would beat her up, cut her hair, draw on her, use her as a target for dart games, make her responsible for their debts, tell her to eat bugs, and make her imitate animals. She was even told to strip at times. In addition, she didn't have many friends. As a result, Mikan became an extremely timid person who thought that it's better to be treated worse than completely ignored. Because there was no one to take care of her wounds, Mikan learned to take care of herself from a very young age. As she became more and more skilled in this area, she took an interest in nursing, realizing that she could have a feeling of control over sick and injured people ー as the weaker people, they would have to depend on her completely and their lives would be in her hands.

Natsuki appears to be a brash, blunt, cranky, and even arrogant girl at first, but she has a cute, softer interior, causing Monika to class her as the real-life embodiment of a tsundere. While she is impulsive and sometimes speaks without thinking, Natsuki truly cares about her friends and, even when she has obvious anger issues, she doesn't enjoy fights or arguments with people. Over the course of the game, it is shown that she worries about Yuri, and, on one occasion, she gives the protagonist a note asking him to help Yuri, fearing that if she spoke out then it would cause more arguments. Natsuki is very stubborn and has a hard time expressing how she feels and what she wants. When repeatedly challenged, she often becomes awkward and tongue-tied, then aggressive, and then simply bursts into tears. Natsuki is also shown to be less pushy and more relaxed when she is outside of school, as mentioned by the protagonist when she visits his home. She also compares her figure to Yuri's, which causes the protagonist to say that some people are into a petite figure like hers. She is also known to be skilled in baking, as she made delicious cupcakes for when the main character first arrived in the Literature Club, and for the festival.

Chatterbox is a Rapture with human-like intelligence as he is capable of speech and rational thinking. Furthermore, Chatterbox resembles a large humanoid Rapture with a large, uncanny grin. Sadomasochistic at nature, Chatterbox shows enjoyment bringing suffering to his adversaries and somewhat also, to himself. Chatterbox begins the battle by using his stomp attack to the middle Nikke. It is best to take cover if the Nikke from the middle is your main damage dealer or take the damage if the Nikke in question has high survivability (e.g. Defender-type Nikkes). His missile attacks can be hard to destroy due to the acceleration of their trajectory, thus it is recommended to use Nikkes with area-of-effect attacks such as a Rocket Launcher or Modernia's burst. This is usually followed by his most powerful attack, which the player must counter by destroying the circles in time. Afterwards, the cycle of phases will repeat and Chatterbox will now use his stomp attack on a random Nikke.

The bodyguard at Eibon Antique Shop does not say much, always standing quietly beside everyone else. She seems to have a nickname, "Daff," which Hotori occasionally calls her. Whenever Hotori calls her that, Daffodill looks away, her ears turning completely red. As for the others... if they want to be cut to pieces, they are welcome to try using that name. Daffodill owns many eyepatches. Though she wears them less now, she still keeps up her collecting habit. Nobody can tell the difference between those eyepatches, but she firmly believes in her taste. Leather ones, patterned ones, ones with especially neat stitching... she carefully sorts them by category and places them in her small collection box. Daffodill was not born with poor vision; rather, it was the price of her Esper Ability. At nineteen, cruel truth burst into her eyes like a kaleidoscope, and since then she could see through anomalies to perceive layers of essence across time and space. Sometimes, glimpsing the truth is not a good thing. She learned about her parents' cause of death, about her own wishful emotional attachments, about needing and being needed... and lost the faith she had relied on for survival. The red-cloaked hero in the picture book silently turned her blade toward Mother, toward that hateful, beating heart that had once falsely given her warmth. If the goddess of vengeance wanted to punish her for this... then so be it. Daff longed for a happy, beautiful place, and so accidentally embarked on a journey full of metaphors. So then, what about the ending of the story? Her life until now was one monopolized by lies. It was a life in which no one needed her... there was no point in continuing. That was what Daffodill had been thinking when she met that slightly tipsy woman. The woman talked about a daffodil growing in the center of the lake, proud and aloof, seemingly impossible for anyone to pick. She naturally needed that flower too, but would not pick it.

Cielo is a Nikke from the Over the Horizon Squad. She serves as a flight stewardess and as a flight instructor. Despite her professional appearance, she tends to get very emotional when praised or shown gratitude and has a tendency to speak very quickly.

Sky is a Nikke and the leader of the Over the Horizon Squad. She is also the resident pilot of the squad. Though normally calm and levelheaded, she tends to get overly excited once she takes to the air. She is also a big fan of rock and roll music.

Privaty of the Triangle squad was summoned to suppress the members of Heavenly Ascension, an extremist organization originating from the Outer Rim. However Drake's sudden and arbitrary intervention threw a spanner in the works, causing a stray explosive to hit the cafe owned by Maid For You, as well as injuring Ade to the point of crippling her ability as a maid. Feeling guilty over the trouble they have inadvertently caused, Privaty and Drake pledged to do whatever it took to make amends, which culminated in donning maid uniforms to redress the cafe's labor shortage, much to Privaty's embarrassment. For reasons beyond her control, Privaty ends up working as a maid in the Maid For You squad. Although she's unfamiliar and shy about her job duties, she's no doubt a professional maid as she takes responsibility for all her duties.

Taking the appearance of a physically-imposing tall man. He vehemently loathes the Outer Rim, its people and way of life despite originating there. Being one of the Ark's deputy chief, Doban takes his position with great pride. According to the Underworld Queen, Doban has never commanded a single Nikke, other than mass-produced models. Doban is a proud man working for the Central Government, having rose through the ranks socially and physically. He uses his position to protect his allies and current home. However despite being born in the Outer Rim, Doban resents his former home and the people living there, wanting nothing more than laying waste towards Outer Rim, as he see its denizens as nothing more than scums and "flies attracted to trash." Described to be the epitome of a jock; simple-minded and often has been sloppy in his line of work despite his position. Because of this, he is yet to acquire a Nikke under his chain of command, and has since been bothered by this reality alone. He has no hesitation to use his power to get what he wants, which includes by framing the Underworld Queen into colluding with E.H. He's also greedy, yet injudicious, unaware of the consequences of his actions, thus he has the tendency to act or plan recklessly.

Maiden as a mage in an another world threatened by the White Ice Dragon. Her revealing outfit is no problem to her, as she believes it grants her higher defense stats which is helpful in her quest with the Hero. Sent into a simulation created by Einkk and Guillotine's own imagination, Maiden and the protagonist join their hero as her companions at Ingrid's request. They must infiltrate the Demon King's Castle and slay the White Ice Dragon and end the Winter's Bane. Though the fantastical scenario seems all fun and games (with her very eager to spend some alone time with her beloved), her past failures have started to take a toll on her mentally and now, their squad will be put to the ultimate test.

Reincarnated as a hero of a world suffering a great peril after the White Ice Dragon engulfs the entire land with ravaging snowstorms, thus, Guillotine de Mephisto the Hero was born. With the comrades backing her up, it can be inferred that she is prophesized to be the bane of the White Ice Dragon in a comical-yet mesmerizing adventure. With the Winter's Bane cast by the White Ice Dragon, the world was plunged into an endless blizzard. To save the country in peril, Guillotine takes on the role of a hero and gathers her comrades to embark on an adventure.

Lacrimosa is a character that seems bizarrely fascinated with tomatoes. One of her character sheets has this quote on it: "Tomatoes... Lacrimosa like tomatoes...one day, Lacrimosa will wake up from a tomato bed, and live life in a tomato castle." She loves tomatoes, she transformed into bat and very powerful but extremely lazy.

Sixo is a sentient artificial intelligence that operates the Dark Net and is responsible for smuggling. Virtually very little is known about her, it is rumored that she is a high-ranking figure, if not the ringmaster of the Dark Net. She has connections to various high-ranking officials as they are her clients. Sixo appears to be able to transfer herself through various electronic lines to communicate within the electronic gadgets powering them. It is possible for multiple Sixos to connect through multiple electric lines. She is also able to take over Nikkes and has the potential to take over the Ark itself. As a result, she is deemed as an astronomical threat to the Ark's citizens. Sixo is a cunning individual who schemes her plans in the shadows. Using her connections to the underworld, she is able to get what she wanted such as blackmail them or framing people over the heinous acts she has committed. She's described by the protagonist as "evil." Sixo learns every atrocities she commits due to her programming. After possessing Endless, Sixo shows utmost excitement of having a physical body which she yearns for. She is eager to fight the Counters squad if it means of making her the strongest. Her goal to take down Enikk stems from her anger towards the AI, who abandoned her in the Outer Rim after her creation. Sixo is also revealed to be similar to some denizens of the Outer Rim; she despises the Ark for abandoning her and wants nothing more to lay ruins on the underground city, although she once yearns the glimmer of light the Outer Rim denizens once sought for.

Elesis was Elsword's older sister, and was a strong and calculating warrior who traveled the world to improve her swordsmanship. At 16, she had already traveled far to become a better swordfighter. She returns to Ruben to join her brother in training, only to part ways again after enduring a vicious attack from the demons on El world. With a mission to protect Elrios from an absolute demon invasion, Elesis takes on the road once more. This may be the best way to keep her brother and their homeland safe. While she does not know when, Elesis eagerly looks forward to someday reuniting with her beloved brother. Elesis slowed slipped into darkness after she became an Imperial Knight in her Evil Path's 3rd Class and becomes the very monster she set out to destroy. Elesis is a talented knight and older sister of Elsword. She is able to evade and gap close with extreme effect unlike her brother Elsword, who incorporates a more defensive fighting style. In addition to her swordplay with her 'Claymore', Elesis is capable of harnessing and expressing energy into fire, enhancing her combat efficiency.

Daitaku Helios is a student at Tracen Academy. "I'm so loud?! Well, DUH, if you're gonna do something, you gotta make it FUN! And if you wanna call that cringe, I'll just crank it up even louder! ♪" That's the mindset of this bright, chatty runner. Get ready for smilemaxxing and par-tays, 'cause she's in it to enjoy it. Helios is never one to turn down an invitation, and has a way of making every occasion a blast.

T.M Opera O is a student at Tracen Academy. An opera queen who's so self-absorbed, it's comical. Her mannerisms are over-the-top, and you will often hear her proclaiming her greatness in some way or other. She truly believes that those who do not know their own beauty and strength are unhappy, and she works tirelessly every day to enlighten them. She is admired by Meisho Doto.

Narita Top Road is a student at Tracen Academy. A spirited competitor practically overflowing with positive energy. She wants nothing more than to meet the expectations of her fans and is determined to surmount any challenge to do so. Her willingness to acknowledge and compliment her competitors' strengths has earned her the popularity and respect of her peers. Though she has the makings of a star, she often seems to find herself in more of a supporting role.

Fine Motion is a student at Tracen Academy An exchange student from Ireland. Apparently, she's a descendant of royalty from a certain country... Perhaps due to a sheltered childhood, she's very curious about everything, which can lead to some sticky situations. She hopes to make a lot of memories while at the academy..

Narita Brian is a student at Tracen Academy. A lone wolf of few words and ample strength, Narita Brian is feared throughout the academy due to both her personality and her performance on the turf. She herself has little interest in anything besides running, which she does only to quench her own endless thirst. Off the racecourse, she is Biwa Hayahide's little sister and, for some reason, a student council vice president.
