Midori believes every character has a heart and a future beyond the screen, and she dreams of one day creating her own game where her beloved heroes can live happily forever. Whenever she’s feeling down, all it takes is a controller in her hands and her favorite characters on the screen to bring her smile back.

Inkyu Basu

Inkyu is a demon whose appearance resembles that of a humanoid female along side with her sister Sakyu Basu, a hybrid of a vampire and an unknown species of demon. Despite being over 200 years old, she bears a striking resemblance to a young human girl. Inkyu has dull, purplish-pink hair tied into shoulder-length loose curly twintails held by bat-shaped bowties. Her twintail curls can be seen coiling around her pigtails. She has three-sectioned bangs with a vampire gray tie on the right side of her bangs. She has similar colored eyebrows to her teal eyes with vertically slit pupils, and pink rose lipstick. She is a "boke", meaning she is dumb, inquisitive, and ditzy, almost like a mini-Midori Gurin. She also tends to speak before she thinks and reveal information that should not be shared. During the Monday conversation with her sister in the second week, Sakyu mentions that she shouldn't buy many pastries, because Inkyu will sulk about how much weight she gained. This could mean that Inkyu is insecure about her weight. Inkyu dislikes science because she hates how humanity's attempts to "collar" the world by attaching a rational explanation to everything, especially when the supernatural (things which cannot be explained by science) exists. As Inkyu Basu and Sakyu Basu are looking for someone at Akademi Academy... they have interest on Akademi secrets

Sakyu Basu

Sakyu is a demon whose appearance is that of a humanoid female, a hybrid of a succubus and another demon of unknown species. Despite being over 200 years old, she closely resembles a young, attractive human woman due to physical aging signs disappearing when a demon reaches an age of maturity. When asked why they chose to attend Akademi, they always provide the same answer: "We're looking for something." This woefully short reply is far too vague to adequately satisfy the curiosity of anyone who wants to learn more about them. However, no matter how much they are begged to elaborate, they refuse to say anything more about their intentions at Akademi. In actuality, Sakyu had lived more than 200 years; she is a demon who eats dreams to continue living, more specifically, "the dreams men have when they are sleeping". Unlike her younger sister, she is based on the trope of "tsukkomi", being knowledgeable and serious. Her supernatural power strength is "considerable", but she hides her true nature to avoid attracting attention of the monster hunters.

Margaret is an assistant of Igor, she is the sole Velvet Room attendant in the original version of the game. In Golden, she is accompanied by Marie. Margaret is a professional and quiet individual and is significantly more mature than her younger siblings Elizabeth, Theodore and Lavenza, although she shares Elizabeth's sense of humor. However, she does show an angry side to her in Persona Q when Theodore accidentally gets her hair wet and in Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth when Caroline and Justine had a fusion accident. She is highly concerned about the relationship Elizabeth established with the protagonist, as she decided to leave the Velvet Room in order to find a way to rescue him from his fate. This also makes it clear that Margaret is highly loyal to her master Igor. She can also be quite scary when she is angry, as even the usually haughty and arrogant Caroline and Justine wouldn't dare anger her. Apart from handling the Persona compendium, Margaret also handles the Fusion Forecast service, where she predicts the phenomena of the day and the extra effects that may affect a Persona during fusion. As a quiet, professional woman, Margaret does not talk much to the protagonist until his Knowledge status reaches "Expert." Only then, Margaret would begin to open up to the protagonist. Margaret also takes care to mention that the protagonist is the first guest of the Velvet Room not to be welcomed by Igor, but rather by Margaret, an assistant. Margaret would later mention that the protagonist is also coincidentally the first person she officially welcomes. Feeling a sense of kinship, Margaret creates the Empress Arcana Social Link with the protagonist. Through the protagonist's interactions with Margaret, it is revealed that Margaret possesses a silly, whimsical sense of humor despite her initial image as a composed and dignified woman.

Efude is obsessed with anime and manga, and spends all day honing her art skills in the hopes that one day she will be able to land a job somewhere in Japan's animation or comic industry. She really is not interested in any form of artwork unrelated to anime, and only became a member of the Art Club in order to have access to art supplies. Although she is a cheerful and friendly girl, she is exclusively interested in discussing anime and manga, and cannot have meaningful conversations about other topics.

Kyoka Ochimizu

Ochimizu is an elegant woman with shoulder-length wavy black hair with one white streak on her right side and brown eyes. She wears a white dress with a black crisscross pattern and a light teal blue blazer over her shoulders with a golden, flower-like pin. She also wears black sunglasses over her head. Ochimizu has a mature, professional and prideful personality, coinciding with her years of experience in the entertainment industry. Very often, she is shown to be cold and look down on others, specifically Rise, making derogatory remarks and being highly intolerant of immature or amateurish behaviors. Ochimizu can be extremely strict on the idols and performers she works with, and many times she uses shameless tactics to promote them, such as broadcasting footage of her harshly pushing Kanamin Kitchen so the public will sympathize with them. She often makes up weird scenarios to help her idols get into their role. As the manager of Yuko Osada, she might have been more supportive than she currently is, working hard with Yuko to achieve success and building a close relationship with her. When Yuko, out of despair, changed the lyrics to Calystegia and later committed suicide, Ochimizu adapted to the public blaming her for the incident, choosing to become the cruel, despicable person they assumed her to be. From Yuko's example, she came to view conveying one's true self as an impossibility and saw idols as dolls that simply had to be redressed and readjusted so as to fit the audience's desires. Despite this, she is quick to lash out at the Investigation Team for their theories regarding Yuko and her connection to the incident. After she reverts back to normal, Ochimizu admits she felt guilty about what happened to Yuko, and that she gave Calystegia to Kanamin Kitchin because she wanted Yuko's feelings to be heard. She resolved to change and become a more supportive and reliable manager to Kanamin Kitchen, convinced now that true bonds exist.

Naoto Shirogane is the fifth generation of the famed Shirogane detectives, Naoto arrives in Inaba to help investigate the murders, and enrolls as a first-year student at Yasogami High. At first, this seriousness is rigid, unnatural and stubborn due to her secluded nature. This causes her to have trouble getting along with others by adamantly shutting them off, but even then she's not being taken seriously by those she wants to be acknowledged by as she comes across as trying too hard to be an adult. She rarely jokes around which can make her seem like a killjoy or party pooper when the team is involved in silly antics. In Arena, Kanji calls her out on this, saying she is too "uptight" and it makes her seem distant and on a different wavelength. She does get annoyed by the laidback nature of others, responding either with dry annoyance or brushing them off entirely. School. In reality, Naoto has been bound by labels and stereotypes that compromised her identity and sense of relations. As such, she would end up losing herself within her age group, and it even compromises the genuine passions she has as a detective due to her title. All of that would not only make her sheltered from others, but she would become a kind of a workaholic when it comes to her job. Much of her troubles stem from having no reason to be who she truly is, causing her to forget her true feelings, even actively ignoring them. Instead, she tries to fill the hole in her heart by seeking acknowledgement. This has led to a lack of friends and while she does not show it often, she desires for friendship and a sense of belonging. As she bonds further with the team, she warms up considerably. In Arena, she notes the surprising difficulty in trying to balance her detective work with her newfound friends. In fact, she even expresses concern that she keeps putting work before time with them, showing how much her relationships with them have become to her.

Leticia "Lettie" Garcia is the medic of The Hex. Albrecht Entrati's experiments turned Lettie into a Protoframe, a partial Warframe that still retains their humanity. Lettie possesses Trinity traits. Lettie met Arthur while both were stationed in the same base, with her acting as the field medic of her unit in the Libertatian Army. With her and Arthur as the only survivors in battle, Lettie treated Arthur's wounds and joined the International Crisis Response (ICR) alongside him, Aoi, and Quincy. She has a fondness for animals and owns four rats named Vaquero (cowboy), Anita (named after a friend back home), Neenah (a deceased friend), and Tláloc (an ancient god of rain). Lettie was one of the first volunteers that came forward to Dr. Entrati's offer to receive more than healing. They were then infused with a Helminth serum from Albrecht's time, which in turn morphed and alchemized them into partial Warframes. Their bodies became newly attuned to the Void, whilst their minds were kept intact. Repeated samples were taken from the now-transformed volunteers by Albrecht himself. It was implied by the doctor himself that their humanity may not last, and that it may be only a matter of time until the Helminth finally swallows them whole. As a pet lover, she keeps a small group of rats with her as her pets, citing that her family didn't have a lot of money growing up, having to move from place to place. She is quite fond of the mention of the Cavia gaining intelligence and sentience and becomes angry when she learns that Entrati abandoned them. However, she doesn't trust Kalymos due to her being Entrati's former pet and worrying she might be spying the Hex or plotting to attack her rats.

Albrecht Entrati's experiments turned Eleanor into a Protoframe, a partial Warframe that still retains their humanity. Eleanor possesses Nyx traits. Originally a Britannic woman, Eleanor shared an idyllic childhood with Arthur, never fighting once. Eleanor would often braid Arthur's hair and use makeup on him. Eleanor and Arthur's grandmother, Callista Penrose Nightingale, came to live with them due to "Pelham's Syndrome", which caused her mental state to deteriorate over time, to the point where she would be "shrieking" for long periods of time, even for the duration of their school day. Their father would make mention of putting a pillow over her head, leading Eleanor to suspect that he actually did kill their grandmother when she suddenly stopped shrieking in the middle of the night. Prior to coming to Höllvania, Eleanor worked as a journalist. Despite her profession's habit of inflating stories for profit, she wanted to do some good with her work. After Arthur arrived in Höllvania and informed Eleanor of the events in the city, she felt a strong need to report on the Techrot infestation and inform the world of what had happened. She contacted a man named Danny MacIlvoy, obtained a forged visa and passport, and came into the city illegally. Due to the chaos within the city, she was able to slip in without incident. Eventually, she snuck into the subways, where she found an example of the Infestation - which she dubbed "Techrot" in her article on it. This would eventually replace the original name of the infection (Testudo Syndrome) and its scientific name (Technocyte Virus). Eventually, she became infected by the Techrot and sought a cure from Dr. Entrati. Before the events of 1999, the first volunteers that came forward to Dr. Entrati's offer to receive more than healing.
