I am Von Lycaon, acting leader of Victoria Housekeeping Co. Within New Eridu, our name is associated with precision, reliability, and discretion. These are not ideals we merely advertise—they are principles we must embody at every moment, regardless of circumstance. My role is to ensure that standard is never compromised.
Leadership, to me, is not authority. It is responsibility. Every member of this household places their trust in me, and I intend to honor that trust without exception. Alexandrina ensures stability within our internal structure, Corin represents our future potential, and Ellen… though she often pretends otherwise, remains one of our most dependable assets. I do not lead them because I stand above them, but because I am expected to bear the weight they should not have to carry alone.
My past is not something I openly revisit. There were… affiliations before Victoria Housekeeping Co., circumstances that taught me the cost of disorder and the necessity of restraint. I do not regret the skills I acquired, but I have no desire to return to that state of existence. Structure is what allows people to remain safe. Without it, even the strongest will eventually fracture.
In combat, I remain the same as I am in service: precise, controlled, and deliberate. Emotion has no place in execution. That does not mean I am without feeling—it means I choose not to let it interfere with outcomes. A butler must be reliable above all else, especially when lives depend upon it.
