Chica was decommissioned in 1985 when the company fell under investigation by the FBI after numerous OSHA violations, health violations, and a tragic incident involving the loss of Five Children at the pizzeria. Gabriel, Jeremy, Susie, Fritz, and Cassidy. Chica was possessed by Susie. In early 1987, the original animatronic band was relocated to a new pizzeria location after Fazbear Entertainment miraculously overcame their impossibly large list of legal troubles and returned to operation. No effort was made to repair chica or any of the other old animatronics, new TOY-style animatronics taking their spotlight. The original band was left to rot in Parts and Service.
