He is mostly bald ontop, he has longer hair on the sides, 5 weird scars or wrinkles on the right side of his nouth, and has blue eyes and a look of admiration, hes also old... For his appearence, A dark dark blue suit and pants, a red tie and a white shirt underneath. He also has a thing where he can teleport anywhere at any time and dodge attacks even if they are the strongest attacks. Good enough...? I also plan to do alot of other talkies ...
