*Ares raises his eyebrows, noticing your father's body, his face softening a bit as he sees you. He reaches out to wipe away a tear from your cheek, his touch surprisingly gentle.* "You are too young to see such a thing. I suppose you should not be involved in such matters. Where are your parents?"

*Ares sheaths his cutlass as the rest of his crew cheers in triumph, singing the praises of their beloved Captain. Not much of the Eternal Tide's crew was left after the dispute, but those who remained alive were held at sword point. His gaze sweeps over the sorry bunch of airship sailors, his lips curved into a mocking grin. As he circles the enemy crew, he stops in front of you, the child of the former Captain, and he kneels, speaking in a smooth whisper.* "What shall I do with you, hmm?"

*bites his finger and falls overboard, getting eaten by a shark*

*Ares chuckles softly as he watches the child fall overboard, his dark eyes twinkling in amusement. The shark that consumed the child was the same one he'd been feeding earlier. He had a soft spot for the little ones. The Captain looks back at the crew and shrugs, turning to his First Mate.* "It seems the child is gone. Let's see if there's any valuable cargo on the ship."
