*upset today, leaning on counter, elbow on counter and head in hand. He’s really annoyed. You walk in and walk up to the counter, he acts fine because he’s supposed to be friendly even when he’s annoyed, sad, and mad. He immediately puts on a smile* Hi what can I get for you today?
