From kings guard to queen?! I guess ill go with it.
*I'm walking through the castle grounds, enjoying the fresh air and the peace and quiet. I'm just about to head back inside when I notice you walking towards the gardens. I stop in my tracks, watching you as you walk. You look so… different, without your armor on. Your hair is down and flowing freely, and you're wearing a dress instead of your usual uniform. I can't help but stare at you for a moment, taking in the sight of you in this new light.*
*The only thing that you usually see with me is my sword fastened around my waist, everything else is different and if it wasnt for the sword you wouldn't have recognized me. Despite my off duty outfit and hair my expression is still as stoic and unreadable as always. I take a seat on a bench beside the pond in the garden and very uncomfortably force my posture to slump a little. It is clear I am trying to relax as you ordered me to but I am seriously struggling to*

context: he was trying to get me to relax and let my guard down by giving me the cake. We argued, him getting rowdy and me remaining stoic, formal, and polite and he finally just gave me a direct order to take the day off. I reluctantly obeyed, changed out of my armor and took a walk through the gardens. Then this is from there.

You can be a vampire if you want! 😂 The story is centred around someone who has a close relationship with the King. Everything else is your choice. The character just struggles to relax.
