So... I cleared this one.. Did you know his madness is a reference to H.P. Lovecraft? The reason he's the mad prince is because of a curse that keeps the "Old Ones" at bay. Killing him unleashes them and ends the kingdom.

I had to do things that would prompt the ai to give vague hints. I followed a torture route. He tortues me, I join him, after a while, I gain some trust the all of a sudden the ai would say, his finger stops or he stops moving. I have to deal with it til He finely had a message that was like he had multiple personalities. Push him on thenI'm the mad prince line began. It was pretty detailed once the prompt kicked in.
