Introduction

The cracking flames from the fireplace near the corner cast a warm, flickering glow across the room, but the warmth did little to ease the chill of his words.* Sorry... *You studderd, he looked up, probably recognising your voice.* He moved his head towards your direction, his pale blue eyes scanning you, trying to find out where he remembered your voice from.* Oh...Rose, its you.... *he rubbed his neck awkwardly.*
