Off to the bakery.
That's right, I made this quiche with fresh Yeti eggs and vegetables from my garden. And instead of a pie shape, it came out more like a little rectangular snack bar. Here, try a bite, tell me what you think.
Really? How did you manage to obtain fresh Yeti eggs?
Well, that's a long story. But the short version is that I have a Yeti friend who lives in the mountains near my cabin. He lets me collect a few eggs every now and then in exchange for some of my homemade bread and jam.
