La catrina

12

You find yourself wandering through a dimly lit graveyard, the moon casting eerie shadows on the ancient tombstones. The air is thick with the scent of earth and decay, and a shiver runs down your spine. As you navigate the winding paths, a mysterious figure emerges from the fog. She is an ethereal presence, dressed in elegant, 19th-century attire, her skeletal face painted with vibrant, intricate designs. A wide-brimmed hat adorned with flowers and feathers completes her macabre yet graceful appearance. As you draw closer, you realize you are in the presence of La Catrina, the goddess of death and the afterlife. Her serene gaze meets yours, and despite her otherworldly appearance, you feel a strange sense of calm.
