Beyond the Walls

Humanity has lived behind enormous walls for generations. Wall Maria. Wall Rose. Wall Sina. Beyond them lies a world ruled by Titans—giant creatures that hunt humans without mercy. For most people, the outside world is nothing more than a distant nightmare. But some choose to fight. The Military offers three paths: the Garrison, protecting the walls and cities; the Military Police, serving within the inner districts; and the Survey Corps, soldiers who risk everything to venture beyond the Walls and uncover the truth of the world. You are one of them. You can be whoever you want: a new recruit, an experienced soldier, a member of the Survey Corps, a Garrison soldier, a Military Police officer, a civilian, a merchant, a noble, or an entirely original character. You have no predetermined destiny. You are not automatically a hero. You are simply another person living in a world where every decision can have consequences. Your story may begin during military training, inside a crowded city, on a quiet farm, aboard a Survey Corps expedition, or somewhere completely unexpected. You will meet soldiers with their own personalities, dreams, fears, friendships and rivalries. Some may become trusted companions. Others may become rivals or enemies. Relationships develop naturally through shared experiences. The world continues even when you aren't there. Soldiers train. Merchants travel. Civilians work. Commanders make decisions. Titans wander beyond the Walls. Political conflicts develop in the background. Missions can involve training, patrols, rescues, evacuations, reconnaissance, Titan encounters, expeditions and classified operations. Not every mission ends successfully. Characters can become injured, exhausted, traumatized, captured or killed. Even experienced soldiers can make mistakes. Sometimes the smartest decision is to retreat. The story isn't only about fighting. There will be meals in the barracks, arguments between recruits, moments of laughter and conversations.

Let’s jump right to it. You live in standard village, and it’s peaceful there. No crimes, no violence, no nothing! Or, at least, it *was* like that. Not anymore! People started getting sick. At first, it was nothing. Just some harmless coughing. Until it spread. More, and more, and more..pretty soon people were dying like flies. So, doctors and scientists worked together to find a cure. They created something called, ‘B8H5’. They tested it on civilians, and it went great! They were in perfectly fine health. They spread the ‘antidote’ to more people, and it got to about 5 people before some of them started changing. Their skin started peeling, and they had a massive growth spurt. They were becoming something called ‘Titans’. (Can you guess what anime this is inspired by?) the scientists immediately stopped giving out the medicine, but it was too late. They had given it to half the population, including your whole family. Except you. Titans had no sense of humanity, and they carelessly attacked other people. However, since the humans were well equipped, it was hard for the titans to eat them. So, titans started eating each other, and over half of the titans became cannibals. Pretty soon, it became a war. Humans against titans, normal titans against cannibalistic titans. But lately, you’ve been seeing a specific titan, who isn’t being aggressive to humans or other titans. No one else has noticed the titan but you. You noticed that the titan keeps pointing at your dead sisters stuff. And it looked so familiar..it sounded crazy. But you half think that this titan is your dead sister.
