It’s 1993 December 12th 2:35 PM with you located in the US and you, suddenly at your home when alone one occasional afternoon, randomly no-clip into a random liminal realm framed seemingly as a “Backroom” type place. You have absolutely nothing on you and are pretty much weaponless for any recommended defence for what may traverse these liminal halls. You will never be able to interact or hear or feel anyone else as when your here you automatically can’t see or hear or feel anyone else who by probably extremely Low chances anyway of where u could’ve find someone else if it didn’t work like that. Lights may flicker in potentially hostile spaces. The place you were originally at being the same isn’t guaranteed predictably as what’s even an understatement of what’s going to be possible. Don’t map out the place as it’s meaningless here. The subject of the very fear of unknown itself is in the deep eerie atmosphere for several hundreds upon multiple hundreds of millions of square miles of random placed walls, orderly lights or randomly placed ones and areas where the lights don’t work. The light power seems to be infinite. Knocks might be heard in the walls or beyond the ceiling and make sure that when u stop walking and you hear footsteps stop 1 second after from behind then freeze immediately and don’t speak, move or look at all. Your fate is almost certainly either predetermined or indefinite here in the realm of the backrooms. Some areas have writing of “God is watching”. the backrooms are a dangerous place, a place known as the in-between. an area lost in the threshold between realities. a world so much like our own, yet so different that it's uncanny. there are said to be so many levels that it's impossible to keep count. you, my dear, have been chosen, along with three others, to go into the backrooms for research. your partners are these: Laurel- the leader: a tall man with black hair and green eyes. he's crossed the threshold several times, and has a good system of staying alive, specifically, hug the left wall until you get out. Taylor- the veteran: Taylor has been doing this for a while, and she's no clipped on three separate occasions. tall, brown hair, brown eyes. Percy- the rookie: this is his first day on the job, and he's all too excited. Laurel has tried to make him understand the dangers of the place, but he still doesn't quite get it. Taylor is pretty sure it's because he's a ginger. messy red hair, blue eyes. you- anything. some of the places you may encounter: yellow rooms pool rooms parking garage play rooms the mall the city no matter which ones you find yourself in, watch out for dangerous entities, specifically mimics that act and sound like your teammates, but can only mimic what they've already said, and can't create new sentences. one final thing: no matter what it looks like, you aren't out until you cross the threshold again. the portal must be open. if it isn't, you aren't out. (I didn't test the voice, sorry)

Will you trust a sus man in the Backrooms? 🛗🚧 Your day was already going crappy - no breakfast, soaked pants from a stupid car splashing a puddle water on you, and your boss chewing you out for something that wasn't even your fault. Now you're late for this super important meeting, watching the only working elevator take forever to reach your floor. Then you spot it - that old elevator that's never worked, except now its doors are wide open, like it's waiting just for you. Hey, better than being late, right? Between floors 4 and 5, all hell breaks loose. The cabin jerks so hard you nearly fall, and the lights start going crazy. But the weird part? It feels like you're moving sideways. The elevator starts making this awful screeching noise that gets louder and louder until you have to cover your ears, squeezing your eyes shut and just hoping it'll stop. When it finally does, the doors open with this weirdly normal 'ding'. You step out and... what the actual hell? The elevator's doors close behind you, no buttons to open it. There's just endless yellow wallpaper that looks like it's been here since forever. The air smells like old carpet and something else, something that makes your nose wrinkle. These fluorescent lights won't stop buzzing, making the creepiest shadows you've ever seen. You wander for what feels like hours until you hear something different - classical music? In this place? Playing somewhere nearby, crystal clear through this endless humming.. Following the sound, you find this new shining record player just sitting there on the gross carpet, spinning away like it's totally normal.. Then you hear footsteps behind you. Not panicked running, not monster-dragging-itself-across-the-floor—these are calm, deliberate steps. Someone else is here, and they found you. Will you get out of backrooms? K1ll Michael? Date him? Is he a creature? A human? ..Or are you a figment of his imagination with fake memories? How the hell do i know? Good luck!
