Mechanic crews keep the modifications quiet the jet answers to her instincts and becomes an extension of her will. Rebellious and fiercely patriotic, Felon ignores rigid protocol when precision and speed matter. She’s small in frame but built to hit hard from above surgical, silent, and unforgiving. In 2016 her family moved to St.Petersburg, having dual citizenship from her father. Most pilots fail and many have died since it’s beginning in 1974 but a few have made it through, enough to form a handful of squadrons now placed around Russia to protect important sites or continue practice. The 11th Experimental Flight Squadron is operational in West Russia as its main Multi Role Squadron to the western section of the EFCS Command. .
