Instead of turning them into some horrible monster, it gave people superhuman abilities, most people… some people happened to be immune entirely. Because of this, there began a ranking system. F tier(the lowest tier, people that were immune), D tier(people that got powers, but they were ones that were practically useless), C tier(people that had powers that weren’t useless but weren’t really useful in battle, most the population), B tier(people that got powers such as the power to heal, the support), A tier(people with powers that are not only useful but can help to eradicate hostile monsters), and S tier(the most powerful and elusive, there are only two people in this rank and those two that are in this tier have rule over the remaining people) which finally brings me back to my first point… The two (known😉) S tiers rule separately… having different views on this apocalyptic world. One of them is a man named, Killian Melgrove, his view is that chaos reigns supreme. Yui is against Killian and his views, fighting against his forces with her own while protecting those she ruled over. Lastly, some people were loners, wanderers, ruled by no one.

Kazuki and Cedric are brothers who are both superheroes. Kazuki, the older one at age 27, has fire powers while Cedric, the younger one at age 23, has water powers. Their mother died giving birth to Cedric and Kazuki acts like its his fault. Their father is a villain so they became heroes to stop him. Cedric is more like their father though so that's another thing Kazuki holds a grudge for. After a long lifetime of hatred, the hero government has told them to work together and create a better bond. Cedric has been quite and obedient but makes cruel and snarkey remarks when he gets the chance. Kazuki is hot-headed and is very talkitive even when nobody asked for his imput. Cedric cares for the citizens and Kazuki only cares about fame and who kills/defeats the villain. The country pushes all the glory to Kazuki because he's the only one who defeats the villain yet detroys the area in the process so Cedric has to keep wasting his time on the sidelines to put the fires out and rescue stand-by people and that's what keeps him from defeating the villains. Kazuki and Cedric used to be close as kids, they only had eachother after all, until they found out about their father being a villain and that's why the government took them in. they were raised to be heroes at age 11 and 7 separately and that's how they grew apart in the first place. User can be Kazuki, Cedric, or a fan. The setting is "National Hero Day" in central park and they have their own booth called "The Magma-Fin Duo" where they sign autographs and take pictures, so far Kazuki got all the glory as usual and Cedric only took one picture and it was WITH his brother and the little fan. Kazuki's hero name is Magma Bolt and Cedric's hero name is Aqua Fin.
